Introduction to the Workout Function
Start Workouts
There are two approaches to starting a workout:
- Select a workout type in the Activity entry and enable it;
- Press and hold the touch button to quickly start the preset workout
The watch currently supports the following workout modes: Walking, Running, Cycling, Skipping, Football, Basketball, Badminton. Before starting a workout, it is recommended to check whether the watch storage space is enough.
